Holistic relaxation massage

If you are seeking a purely holistic relaxation massage you are of course also very welcome.
We may decide during our preliminary discussion to introduce other elements, such as breathing techniques, to the treatment.
Most of us take our breathing for granted, whilst for others relaxed breathing is an art. Our emotions and tensions directly affect our breath and thereby our state of mind.

Pregnancy massage

Massage therapy during pregnancy is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness.

Massage techniques

My massages combine various techniques including:

  • Rolfing: a deep tissue massage.
  • Esalen: massage with long flowing strokes over the whole body.
  • Pulsing: a rhythm of pressure pulses is created and tailored to the individual.
    The undulating movement and flow of these rhythmic pulses quickly releases tension and relaxes the body. You remain dressed during a pulsing session.
  • LomiLomi: a massage technique originating in Hawaï that has been passed on from generation to generation. The massage involves long smooth movements over the entire length of the body, using the forearms. The rhythmic movements are like a dance symbolizing waves of the ocean, as a means to wash away tension in the body.
