Workshop breathing

Breathing is the most important element in our lives. After all, life begins with breath.
Would you like to discover how beautiful and powerful it is to bring presence and attention to your breathing?
Our bodies continue to breathe without our focus and thought. A majority of us unfortunately do so with a shallow, irregular or limited breath. As a result we may experience symptoms such as poor sleep, depression, burnout, stress, and lack of concentration.

The workshop combines movement with breathing exercises and meditation.
In a fun way, we will focus on and explore our breath.
The duration of the workshop is 3 hours over one day.
